Udaipur | Kumbhalgarh Republic Day Trips

🇮🇳 Day 1: Delhi / Gurugram Departure

• Departure from Delhi/Gurugram around 6:00 PM by Tempo Traveller / Deluxe Bus.
• First major stop will be for dinner (at own expense).
• Overnight journey towards the destination.

🇮🇳 Day 2: Udaipur Sightseeing

• Arrival in Udaipur in the morning.
• Hotel check-in followed by rest and refreshment.
• Visit City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Lake Pichola, Jag Mandir, and Bagore Ki Haveli.
• Proceed to the boating point at Lake Pichola (self-paid).
• Enjoy dinner followed by a music night and overnight stay at the hotel.

🇮🇳 Day 3: Udaipur Local Sightseeing

• After breakfast, proceed to Saheliyon Ki Bari, Shilp Gram, Fatehsagar Lake, Hathi Pol Bazaar (traditional shopping) & Pratap Smarak.
• Return to the hotel and enjoy a dinner with music night.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

🇮🇳 Day 4: Kumbhalgarh Excursion & Departure

• Wake up and enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out from the hotel and proceed towards Kumbhalgarh Fort.
• After sightseeing, depart from Kumbhalgarh in the evening for an overnight journey to Gurgaon.

🇮🇳 Day 5: Arrival in Delhi

• Arrival in Delhi with loads of beautiful memories.
• Bid goodbyes and depart for home — until next time!

• Meals included: 2 Breakfasts & 2 Dinners.
• 2 Nights accommodation in a hotel at Udaipur.
• Guide charges and all required permits.
• All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
• Vehicle charges including toll, fuel & parking.

• Any kind of personal expenses.
• Entry fees to monuments, camera charges, or activities not mentioned.
• Boating charges and adventure activities (self-paid).
• Meals other than those mentioned in inclusions.
• Expenses due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, roadblocks, or delays.
• Any item not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.

💰 Booking & Payment Policy

• To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total trip cost is required.
• The remaining balance amount must be paid
  at least 1 week prior to the trip departure.

• Please carry a valid government-issued ID during the trip.
• Hotel check-in & check-out timings are subject to hotel policy.
• The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers are requested to follow group discipline and respect local culture.
• Trips24x7 Holidays will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the trip.

📜 Cancellation Policy

• Partial / advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 25% deduction of the total trip cost.
• Cancellation made 15–29 days before departure: 50% deduction of the total trip cost.
• Cancellation made 7–14 days before departure: 75% deduction of the total trip cost.
• Cancellation made less than 7 days before departure: 100% deduction (no refund).
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The advance / partial payment made to confirm the booking is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

All prices are subject to applicable GST as per government regulations. GST once charged is non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting GST, service charges, and cancellation fees.
